What is EFT?

The Emotional Freedom Technique is a powerful technique that releases unwanted emotions from the body. When we think of an event or situation that triggers a negative emotion, this is our clue that we may be dealing with an energy disruption. EFT is a method of gently tapping on the body’s energy meridians and balancing the energy disruptions that continue to trigger emotional and/or physical pain. Once the disruption is balanced, the emotional and/or physical pain associated with the thought lessens or disappears altogether. During our session, I guide you through the process of performing this technique on yourself as we release that which no longer serves you.
